Role Overview:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional candidates in roles within the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, business development, and relationship management while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality teachers and support staff through job postings, networking, and social media.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Recruitment Process: Conduct candidate interviews, vetting, and compliance checks, ensuring a perfect match between candidates and clients.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach new schools and educational institutions to generate business opportunities.
Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure all candidates meet required safeguarding standards, including reference checks and DBS verifications.What We’re Looking For:

Recent Graduate: A degree in any discipline, with an eagerness to learn and succeed in recruitment.
Passion for Education: A genuine interest in improving outcomes within the education sector.
Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in communicating effectively with both candidates and clients.
Ambitious & Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed, with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
