Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage teachers and support staff through job adverts, networking, and social media platforms.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs.
Recruitment Process: Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and match them with suitable roles.
Sales & Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet necessary safeguarding and compliance requirements, including references and DBS checks.What We’re Looking For:

Excellent Communication Skills: Confidence in speaking with candidates and clients, both over the phone and in person.
Sales Mindset: A positive attitude with the ability to hit targets and drive business growth.
