Assistant Management Accountant
Potters Bar (Office Based During Probation Period)
Salary up to £38k depending on experience

Our client, a dynamic and fast growing business, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to become an integral part of its team in Potters Bar.

Responsibilities:
* Account Reconciliation: Keep our supplier accounts in check by meticulously reconciling them to statements.
* Communication: Be the go-to person for managing our email inbox and phone queries, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
* Invoice Management: Process and record supplier invoices accurately, and handle re-charges where relevant.
* Audit Assistance: Play a key role in liaising with auditors to ensure flawless annual monitoring.
* Payments Preparation: Take charge of preparing supplier payments via BACS, ensuring timely and precise transactions.
* Bank Reconciliation: Oversee the daily posting and manage the bank reconciliation process.
* Month-End Support: Assist with crucial month-end tasks, contributing to our financial accuracy and success.
* Ad-Hoc Duties: Embrace various other responsibilities as required, showcasing your versatility and dedication.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting role is preferred but not essential
