Interim Voids Surveyor (Interviews Week Commencing 9th Sept) in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

One of our Public Sector clients based in Lancashire is looking for a Building (Voids) Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months with a view to extend.

Ideally you will:

Based in a commutable distance to Lancashire (3 days in office, rest is WFH)
Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Responsibilities include:

void property assessments.
General Building Surveying duties (3-4 surveys in the morning and write them up in the afternoon)

Interviews to be taking place as soon as Wednesday next week.
