Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Electrician looking for a new role ideally based on 1 large site local to Brentwood. If so this could be for you

This National Facilities Management company are currently recruiting a Static / Site Based Electrician for a large hospital in Brentwood.

As Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to the sites Mechanical and Electrical Services.

The Successful candidate will have:

* Strong Electrical Maintenance experience

* Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems

* Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required

* Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance

* General building services tasks

* Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant

* Generators - visual checks

* Water temps and cooling tower

* Lamp changes

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 40 hours

Key Skills and Qualifications

* C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation

* 18th edition certificate

* Must be prepared to work out of hours when required

* Have good communication and organisation skills

* Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

* Ability to work on own or as part of a team

* Participate in a call out rota

* Must have a full UK driving license
