Description

Processing and managing accurate and timely payroll transactions
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and company payroll requirements
Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department for payroll reconciliations
Addressing payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner
Assisting in the preparation of year-end reports and statements
Maintaining confidentiality and security of payroll records
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as requiredProfile

A successful Payroll Advisor should have:

A strong understanding and knowledge of payroll processes
Proficiency in using payroll software
