Key Skills and Requirements:

* Plumbing: Proficient in all aspects of bathroom plumbing.

* Tiling: Ability to expertly tile walls and floors.

* Minor Plastering: Competence in minor plastering tasks.

* Minor Joinery: Skilled in low-level joinery work, such as boxing in pipes or bath ends.

* Flat Lay Vinyl Flooring: Experience in laying vinyl flooring is a strong advantage.

* CSCS Card: Preferred but not essential.

* Own Transport and Tools: Must have reliable transport and own tools.
