Business Development Manager

£50,000 - £65,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + Progression

Stoke-on-Trent - Covering the North of England

This is an exceptional opportunity for an a highly motivated Business Development or Sales Manager to join a Commercial Fit-Out Contractor who work on high-end prestigious projects nationwide with the chance to progress your career whilst receiving an exceptional salary and commission structure.

Do you have experience working as a Business Development Manager in the construction industry? Do you have proven experience winning work and projects? Are you looking to join a growing company in a dynamic, exciting and autonomous role?

This commercial fit-out contractor specialise in high end commercial fit out projects throughout the UK. They work in a variety of sectors including student accommodation, care homes, hotel and leisure. This company have had huge success with their projects over the last few years, so have seen year on year growth in turnover and project starts. Due to this growth and influx of projects, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team to continue winning work in the North of England.

This is a business development position where you will identify new business opportunities, including in new markets as well as building relationships with existing clients as well as growing it. You will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships within the business. You will work alongside the Directors and the team, ensuring business is secured once projects have been won as well as targeting new sales and business. You ultimate goal will be to win work, and secure future projects in new markets.

It is imperative that you have strong relationship building skills with proven experience and track record in the construction sector with proven ability to win work and secure future works. You will have previous experience working in a sales or business development based role, in the construction sector in a construction related role.

Proven success in winning work and generating leads
Excellent written and verbal communicator
