My client is looking for a Qualified Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join them in their award winning team.

Competitive salary (£30k-£40k basic) OTE £60k
Uncapped commission
Leads generated from Estate Agency
Flexible working pattern
75% of business will be generated from existing clients  
Main responsibilities of this role

Be visible in the office everyday.
Attracting new clients and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
Be able to guide clients through the entire mortgage process including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet clients needs.
Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets  
Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
Experienced mortgage & protection adviser.
Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer service experience.
Resilient, detail oriented and determined.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
