Hiring Now - HR Specialist / HR Advisor, Middlesbrough
Our client is a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor within the marine and renewable energy engineering sector, based in Middlesbrough.
Can you provide HR support in relation to the full employment cycle?
Do you have a sound knowledge and experience with post Brexit visa and immigration requirements?
If so, we'd like to hear from you..
As a HR Specialist / HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, starting with the onboarding process and immigration and work permit requirements, with sound knowledge and proven application of employment law you will assist the Company in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms for all entities in the UK.
As part of an international HR team you will be involved in local and international HR related projects: including but not limited to: immigration and work permit applications, assisting with the delivery of the new HR Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Health and Wellbeing, Employability, Employer Branding.
Essentials skills and experiences of a HR Specialist / HR Advisor:
* Extensive HR experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a Company in delivering of HR activities and employment law, in areas such as: Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, Discipline and Grievance, Learning and Development - Succession Planning and Talent Management, Equality and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Leaving Employment
* Extensive experience in managing HRMIS and producing and interpreting HR Reports
* Understanding and delivery of HR related projects in line with best practice and employment law
* HR Qualification and professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) would be an advantage
* Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice and own personal development
* Sound knowledge and experience with post Brexit visa and immigration requirements . (Experience in this field is a big advantage!)
* Ability to occasionally travel (inter)nationally.
