Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus bonus

Hours: Monday – Friday between 8.00am – 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am – 2.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

They are looking for an Inbound Sales professional to join their expanding team. Their continued success in their industry means exciting opportunities for employees!

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, handling a variety of customer needs from new enquiries to existing clients seeking assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

* Answering inbound calls and emails, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.

* Converting enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently, and following up on potential opportunities.

* Offering excellent service to existing clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

* Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions, using our CRM systems.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills/experience:

* Previous experience working within a fast paced customer service environment.

* Previous sales experience in a target driven environment.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Able to build rapport quickly.
