Our valued client based in Bromsgrove is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their Front of House as a Receptionist/Host. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanour and a passion for delivery outstanding Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and Welcome Customers:

Warmly welcome customers as they enter the reception area.

Direct customers to the appropriate department or personnel.

Answer and Direct Calls:

Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Customer Assistance:

Provide information about products and services to customers.

Assist customers with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.

Maintain a Clean and Organised Reception Area:

Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly and approachable demeanour with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.

Hours:

Monday 2.15 until 9.45 pm

Tuesday 2.15 until 9.45 pm

Wednesday 7 am until 2.30 pm

Off Thursday Friday

Saturday 2.15 until 9.45 pm

Sunday 7 am until 2.30 pm

This will be on a 3 week rolling rota.
