Management Accountant
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Management Accountant with strong business partnering experience to join our Management Accounts division responsible for Indirect Costs, working to support the Senior Finance manager with business partnering for Central functions and the provision of key financial information and insight to Business Unit Management.

What you will be doing:

Produce management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries for Indirect Costs.
Production of monthly reports for business stakeholders, lead on calls to support stakeholder understanding.
Provide regular and adhoc management reporting and analysis for decision making. Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth, working closely with the finance business partners to understand spend and to identify business risks and opportunities.
Provide support and accounting guidance to business stakeholders, including HR, Legal and Corporate Comms.
Planning including preparation of budget and forecasts.
Completion of Balance Sheet Reconciliations, owning, monitoring and addressing reconciling items, identifying risks and opportunities.
Responding to Audit requests during the year end process.
Carry out continuous reviews of work practices to ensure efficient and cost effective operations, suggesting improvements where required.
Safeguard your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, customers and visitors. Ensuring quality, compliance and Health & Safety standards across the Finance Team.
Ensuring an appropriate internal control framework is in place to safeguard the business and ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
Part/Newly Qualified
Experience of multi-site or similar size Business
Sun systems knowledge preferred
Experience of Microsoft packages
Experience of supporting operational teams & Business Partnering
