About the Company: This company are a specialist sub-contractor within the RC Frame/Groundworks, Demolition and also act as principle contractor on a number of schemes. They have a group turnover of £130m+ and work on schemes across London & the Home counties.

About the Role: This is a lead regional Commercial role where you will work alongside the existing operational Director. You will have full commercial responsibility and have a team of 5 surveyors reporting into you. You will be working on groundworks schemes across the Northern home counties and some complex RC Frame projects in London.

About the requirements: You must have up to 10 years experience within the RC Frame/Gorundworks and it would be beneficial if you have some principle contractors works. You must have the ability to take responsibility for a commercial team. They will also consider a Senior QS who is looking to step up to the next level.
