Job Description

Expleo are working with a major Automotive Manufacturer in the UK, who are looking to recruit a number of Body Electronics Engineers to join their team on a contract basis.

The roles are based at a major Automotive Research and Development facility in Bedfordshire, on a rolling contract basis.

If you have a background in Body Electronics including Body Control Modules or Airbag Control Unit (ACU), this could be the role for you.

The Body Electronics Engineers will primarily be responsible for:

Application and integration of electrical and electronic components and systems
Validation and management of components
Customer Requirements Capture and creating high level specifications
Responsibility for Plant and Market support

To be considered for the Body Electronics Engineer roles you will hold the following skills and experience:

Degree educated in a relevant Engineering discipline
Experience with an OEM or Tier 1supplier, within automotive electrical and electronic development
An understanding of electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices
Knowledge of hardware and software development processes
Project and supplier management experience
CAN tools and vehicle diagnostics skills
