School Business Manager in London - Reed

Are you a School Business Manager looking for your next job role?

Ideally, the school are looking for an ASAP start for this position.  It is being offered as a Permanent position (however, interim could be considered for the right person).  It is full time, all year round.

The School Business Manager will be the school’s leading support staff professional, working strategically as an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team to assist the Head in ensuring that the school continues to fulfil its educational aims. 

With  responsibility for providing leadership and direction of all support staff, in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement in the school. 

She / he will model outstanding leadership in ensuring that financial and administrative procedures, premises facilities, contractual premises and catering management, human resources and personnel systems support the school effectively to maintain outstanding quality and outcomes. 

The successful applicant  will be proactive in seeking out strategic partners to maintain and enhance the school’s high profile in the region.

For Safeguarding - A DBS will be essential for this job.
