Job Description
My client, a reputable business in Princes Risborough are in need temporary accounts assistant – until end of December this year.
Hours: 9:00-17:00
Car park on site and nice offices! – To begin with there will be some flexible working from home potentially but soon it will be a full time office position
Experience of Purchase Ledger required and Sales Ledger beneficial
Good Excel skills
Main duties :
Purchase Ledger
- Day to day invoice processing using Access Capture
- Matching invoices to POs
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Dealing with queries
- Reconciling statements and ensuring accounts are tidy and up to date
- Chasing PO’s set up and approval
- Weekly supplier payment run
- Posting DD’s to supplier accounts
- Processing expenses and credit card statements submitted through portal
SalesLedger
- Posting and allocating client receipts to debtors ledger
- Daily processing of Sage pay receipts
- Manual Invoices/Credit Notes as required
Desirable candidate will be:
- Experience of Purchase Ledger required and Sales Ledger beneficial
- Good Excel skills
- Available immediately
