Pre-sales Associate

Recruitment event at our Milton Keynes office – Thursday 23rd

Start date - Monday 24th February 2025

Following a very successful trial, this is a newly created role at LifeSearch to support our 120 strong Adviser team.

Our recruitment process.

We will review your CV and notify you if you have been selected to progress.

If progressing, we will conduct a diary booked telephone chat.

If that goes well, you will be invited to our recruitment event at our Milton Keynes office on Thursday 23rd January 2025.

We will give you prompt feedback following the event and if successful the start date is Monday 24th February 2025 (to give sufficient time for any notice you need to give your current employer).
The role

You will provide an exceptional first point of contact for new Life Insurance enquiries.

Make outbound calls to introduce our services.

Transfer successful calls to our experienced Advisers.

Ensure call-backs are scheduled and handled effectively for smooth follow-up and transfer completion.

Provide Advisers with the information needed for seamless handovers and a high-quality customer experience.

Stay responsive and available to maximise productivity and contribute to team success.
What we need from You?

Exceptional telephone manner.

Strong organisational skills.

Ability to overcome objections.

Superb listening skills.

To stay composed under pressure.

Great attention to detail.

Good IT skills to accurately log all call information on our systems.

The ability to work to, achieve and exceed set targets.

Identify ways to improve transfer success rates.
We are not looking for any specific type of work experience as full and ongoing training is provided. What is important to us, is a strong work ethic and your drive to achieve a high level of performance. Experience in telephone customer service, retail or hospitality would be great.
