Job Description
Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a high growth Consumer Goods business. The organisation doubled turnover in 2024 and only recently moved into a brand new production facility. They are now looking to appoint a Factory Manager for their site in West Yorkshire.
The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a ‘hands on’ leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Factory Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery.
On Offer
* £60,000 - £65,000 annual salary.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

The Candidate
* Proven experience in production / operations management within the manufacturing sector. Experience within liquid filling would be advantageous but not essential.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
