This permanent position as an Office Administrator offers a pivotal role in providing secretarial and administrative support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors and contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Typing and updating documents, reports, and letters across all departments, including complex formatting
Providing support to the SHE department, including audit scheduling and documentation
Coordinating travel arrangements and training bookings
Managing calls efficiently via Microsoft Teams
Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Administering office systems, including record management and conference room bookings
Overseeing stationery and print room supplies
Supporting the HR and Training teams with daily tasks

About You
You should have:
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Word formatting
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
The ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
This role is based in Redcar, and offers a flexible working pattern of 34 hours per week, which can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
