Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk (French), Watford, Hertfordshire
£37- £40kpa plus benefits

Our client, who are going through a period of growth and transition, are looking for a PTP/ Accounts Payable expert who can assist the business by creating and documenting procedures within the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) function.
You will develop a strong understanding of business processes and support the organisation in adopting process management as part of embedding and advancing the process framework.
Key Duties:-
* Help document various processes, including process flows, Quick Reference Guides (QRG), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), walkthroughs, and standardized business templates.
* Support the development and implementation of business processes, promote adoption, and work closely with local teams to ensure they understand and effectively apply these processes.
* Assist teams in various ways, such as onboarding and training employees on how to use and adapt process tools.
* Provide ongoing technical assistance with process mapping activities and ensure teams understand and follow the processes during these activities.
* Support the finance department (PTP) and internal stakeholders by clearly communicating process details before and after the implementation of new ERP/financial systems.
* Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Please note, this role does require the successful candidate to be fluent in French, due to liaising with the French office. Hybrid working is also on offer.
