Job Overview:
As the Freight Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the smooth coordination of freight operations, and delivering exceptional service. This is a client-facing position that requires a deep understanding of logistics, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Freight Account Manager, Freight Forwarder, or similar role within the logistics and supply chain sector.

* In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding processes, shipping routes, customs regulations, and international logistics.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented approach to customer challenges.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics management software.

* A customer-focused mindset with a strong drive to exceed client expectations.
