Location: Tillicoultry (Office-based)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with possibility of a permanent role
Hours: 37.5 Monday-Friday

As we look ahead to an exciting future, we are searching for a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance Manager to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent role.
The Role: The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting our finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across daily, monthly, and ad hoc financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
Daily/Weekly Tasks:
* Upload interfaces between the Company’s ERP System and Accounting Software Platform, identifying errors, and resolving issues.
* Manage all payments, including ad hoc requests, BACs checks, and inter-account transfers. Acting as principal day to day contact for the bank(s).
* Download bank statements and upload into the Company’s Accounting Software Platform.
* Accounting Platform maintenance and resolving system issues.
* Finance team management and administration.
Monthly Tasks:
* Monthly Payroll interface and interaction with Payroll department, including upload of wages journals.
* Process intercompany transactions and support period-end processes.
* Generate month-end reports, including stock and customer ledger reports.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated reconciliations and management information reporting packs
* Processing purchase ledger BACs runs (twice monthly).
Quarterly & Ad Hoc Tasks:
* Responsibility for all HMRC submissions, reporting and returns.
* Responsibility for all regular and ad hoc regulatory and statutory submissions
* Support business forecasting and budgetary processes, with responsibility for all associated system and reporting maintenance
* Ad hoc reporting and financial requests to support business needs
* Annual Audit and Tax preparation and query responses.
About You:
* Previous experience in a senior finance role is essential.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Financial & Accounting Software packages / systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
