Looking to expand their team for the future.The Role of Area Sales Manager:

Covering a territory and liaising with contractors, architects and fit-out specialists.
Developing existing relationships and developing new business partnerships.
Managing projects within end-users such as universities, schools and research facilities.
Providing specialist knowledge and support to customers on projects
Nurturing sales from initial contact through to completion and hand over
Values range between £5k to £300k+The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager position:

Strong construction sales professional with knowledge of architects and contractor led sales.
Able to produce quotations and negotiate contracts
Familiarity with fit-outs is very advantageous, knowledge of construction sales is mandatory.
Spanish as a second language would be highly desirable but not essential
Full UK drivers licence
Right to work in the UK as sponsorship won't be providedThe Package for Area Sales Manager:

£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience
Bonus - £10k
Company Car or Car allowance
