Base Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiated on experience).
Discretionary performance bonuses to be discussed once settled into the role.
Full time, permanent position, 5 days out of 7.
On such occasions that you are not able to take 2 days off per week, overtime might be paid in these circumstances.

As General Manager of this independent property, you will have overall responsibility of all departments. Don’t worry if you don’t have a much exposure to F&B though! The primary experience requirement for this position is the rooms side, so departmental training can be provided for F&B if required. You will lead from the front-line, getting hands on when required to ensure the operation runs smoothly and consistently great standards are achieved.

You will liaise with the Hotel owner in the planning and delivery of revenue and cost targets to ensure a profitable operation. Your passion for Hospitality will mean that you ensure the team are trained and equipped to deliver excellent guest experiences every time. And finally, your experience and diligence will mean that the hotel operates to the highest standards with regards to health & safety and all other industry compliances and regulations.
