Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, customer-focused solutions.

* Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of enterprise-grade engineering projects.

* Enhance system architecture and develop data-driven solutions aligned with business priorities.

* Ensure quality standards through code reviews, clean coding practices, and DevOps automation.

* Drive innovation and efficiency while mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical communities.

Skills & Experience Required

* 6–8 years of experience in engineering or development roles.

* Expertise in PIM (STEP Application), data modeling, workflows, and integrations.

* Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and familiarity with tools like Eclipse, GIT, and Jenkins.

* Experience with databases such as Oracle & SQL and exposure to MDM and Retail sectors.

* Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
