Our client is looking for a committed individual to join their team as a Poultry Farm Worker. This permanent, full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the flourishing agricultural sector.
Experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. All you need is a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, a full driving license, flexibility to work weekends, and a passion for agriculture.
As a vital team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and welfare of premium breeding stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of poultry health, nutrition, and environment.
Prevent, diagnose, and treat poultry health issues while following biosecurity protocols.
Uphold stringent hygiene practices to prevent disease transmission.
Keep precise records and ensure farm cleanliness.
Comply with farm health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Salary and Benefits:
Annual salary up to £33,000
Additional pay for overtime and weekend shifts

No prior poultry experience required
