Position: Mortgage Advisor
Location: Leicester
Salary: Competitive + Company discretionary annual bonus 

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role
Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and financial products as a Mortgage Advisor
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
CeMAP qualified (essential) as a Mortgage Advisor
Regulatory knowledge including but not limited to FCA, TCF, MCOB and Consumer DutyKey Responsibilities

Assist the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond as a Mortgage Advisor 
Provision of a comprehensive mortgage advice service to carry out mortgage interviews for new and existing customers.
To pro-actively work towards mortgage growth with a sales performance that positively contributes towards The business objectives for both new and existing mortgage customers.
To develop and maintain the required level of personal and professional training and competency as part of CPD and taking ownership of your own development.
To ensure practical skills and knowledge are maintained to a sufficiently high standard as a Mortgage Advisor 
Building effective relationships with colleagues across the business and relevant external parties.Please note only people with the above experience will be considered for this role
