- 📜 Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Plumbing (Or any other Equivalent Qualification)
- ✅ Willingness to undergo an ENHANCED DBS check-because we take safety seriously.
- 💖 A passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.
- 🛠 Strong occupational competence and a relevant skill set in plumbing.
- 📚 Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
