Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a Commercial background looking for an autonomous role working on specialist projects within a well-established multi-million £ turnover Consultancy offering opportunities to increase your earnings through a generous bonus and to continually progress to senior leadership roles?

This company are a specialist Consultancy who work with a broad range of blue-chip clients within the Commercial Sector. They have 200 employees nationwide across over 10 offices, and are experiencing an exciting period of growth having opened several new offices recently.

In this autonomous role you will work on a varied portfolio of commercial projects as you undertake end-to-end work across pre & post construction including cost planning, consultancy and liaising with clients and senior leadership.

This company are known for looking after and progressing their employees and as such are looking for someone that they can mould into a future leader within the business.

This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a Commercial background looking to join a multi-million £ turnover consultancy who offer a range of opportunities for ongoing development.

The Role:
* Work on varied commercial projects
* Preparing Quotations and negotiating tenders
* Pre & Post Construction work

The Person:
* Quantity Surveyor or similar
* Commercial background
* MRICS Qualified
