Full Time, Permanent
£30,000 - £35,000
Location: Southport

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to join a rapidly growing lettings and property management business based in Southport. If you have a strong knowledge of the residential lettings market and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!

A dynamic role with varied responsibilities and growth potential. Main Responsibilities:

Attend valuations to expand the company’s lettings portfolio and advise clients on achievable rents.
Conduct viewings and showcase properties to potential tenants.
Source and develop new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
Prepare tenancy agreements, inventories, and ensure legal compliance for all lettings.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing regular feedback and updates.
Negotiate offers and follow the lettings process through to completion.
Work collaboratively with solicitors, contractors, and suppliers to handle any property-related issues.
Support the property management team and assist with other tasks as required. What We Are Looking For:

At least two years of experience in a letting’s role, with a proven track record of generating new business.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse demographics.
Resilient, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle a varied workload.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and property management systems.
A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
