Job Description

Our leading Douglas-based Finance Sector Client is undergoing a time of significant growth as they integrate a recent corporate acquisition. To support these endeavours, they are seeking a Product Marketing Technician to support the product marketing team with the preparation of digital and written sales material, including social media messages through a variety of platforms and media-channels, website maintenance and the preparation of technical material to support the evolution and promotion of the company's product range.

As Product Marketing Technician you will be responsible for:

* Maintenance of existing product literature ensuring that all documents such as application forms and terms and conditions continue to meet regulatory obligations

* Preparation of promotional materials such as sales aids, brochures and presentations that are clear, not misleading and can be easily understood by the intended audience

* Creation and maintenance of servicing forms, working with stakeholders throughout the group to deliver both electronic and hard copy documents whilst maintaining consistent "on-brand" approach

* The creation and maintenance of product training materials and web-based content

* Creation of key product messages promoted via various social media platforms

* Analysis of key competitor product offerings

* Answering pre and post sales technical product related queries for internal and external stakeholders

* Production of annual product reviews to meet the groups regulatory obligations

The ideal candidate for the role of Product Marketing Technician will have:

* 2 or more years marketing or Financial Services experience

* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools

* Possess strong organisational and planning skills

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Be a confident and dedicated self-starter with a pro-active approach to workloads

* Currently studying or willing to study toward Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) certification
