Venue Technician
Cardiff
£25,000- £27,000
28 days annual leave + overtime + pension + fantastic company benefits
Position Overview:
To prepare, set up and operate AV equipment for corporate events within various venues local to South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping equipment prior to eachevent.
Accurate and timely setup and breakdown of basic audiovisualequipmentfor corporate events.
Use of company van to transport equipment to and from each venue.
Operation of projectors, PA systems and presentations whilst troubleshooting any issues to ensure the smooth running of each event.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
Handle equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Prior experience as an AV Technician.
Full UK Driving License.
Strong communication skills
Package:
Salary: £25K - £27K
28days annual leave (Rise by 1 day per year up to 33 days)
1.5X overtime rates
