Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: Evesham
Salary: £27,625 / year
Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: PM Shift (flexible start)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent / Permanent (Full training provided)

A reputable food production company based in Evesham is seeking a Stock Controller to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis, working the PM shift from Sunday to Thursday. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic team within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities, ensuring all KPIs are met to align with customer expectations.
Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Verify inbound deliveries of raw materials and packaging, promptly addressing any discrepancies with the customer.
Check and confirm all inbound finished stock deliveries, ensuring accurate notification of discrepancies.
Unpack, identify, sort, and re-palletise inbound stock from third-party suppliers, reporting any issues to the customer.
Accurately book products onto the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Conduct regular stock checks and perform timely stock adjustments.
Investigate discrepancies through reconciliation processes and report findings to the Operations Manager promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely processing of documentation in accordance with agreed timeframes and standards.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to complete paperwork accurately.
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and site personnel.
A focus on maintaining high standards of quality control.
