Shift 1 - 3 days on and 3 days off 06.00-18.00
Shift 2 – 2 days on and 2 days off 06.00-18.00
Shift 3 – 3 nights on and 3 nights off 18.00-06.00
Shift 4 - 2 nights on and 2 nights off 18.00-06.00
 
Pertemps are recruiting for Multi Skilled Production Operatives for a food manufacturing client based in Northampton.

Role Responsibilities:

To perform all tasks within the production operative’s role, after full training, to 100% compliance at all times
Perform all aspects of the production operative functions in a diligent manner, whilst ensuring health and safety standards are not compromised
To maintain solid operating basis in terms of good manufacturing practices
Ensure full compliance of all sites-based systems, such as ISO 9002, HACCP, Health & Safety site standards and policies, environment standards and Investors in People
To help support and identify operational synergies that would enhance continuous improvement within the Operational team.
To ensure that any product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken
Any other reasonable management request
Experience fast moving Food Manufacturing environment.
Clear understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH and pest control and familiarity with relevant food legislation.
