Creative Artworker & Content Creator
Full Time Position
Office Based in Burnley Area
9-5 Pattern
Looking for a highly creative, self motivated individual to join our creative department.
As a key member of the creative team you will help support the design and marketing departments with the following;
• assisting our marketing manager in the creation and production of social and marketing assets including photography, video material, POS, banners, email marketing. etc
• be responsible for supporting the design team in a wide range of graphic/design projects including; binders, tenders, presentations, catalogs, imagery etc.
• supporting the web department with imagery
• assisting the in house print department with file set up
What are the must haves for this role?
- he ability to understand and adhere to brand guidelines and be confident in reflecting the brand and brand values through their graphic design style.
- have a keen eye for detail and stay up to date with graphic style trends in order to keep the company’s graphic styling current across any marketing and design materials.
- need to be comfortable with managing their own workload in order to work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines whilst still producing quality work in order to meet customer expectations.
- need to be able to work to, and design in line with seasonal critical paths.
- be a driven and proactive solution finder.
- require a high degree of people management skills.
- have a passion for sports/leisure/teamsports and a good understanding of the market.
Essential and preffered skills and experience •
Design/graphic based Degree or alternatively a minimum of 4 years experience in a creative role.
• The candident must be highly proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Premier Pro and InDesign.
• The candident must be proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint and have basic knowledge of word and excel.
• The candident must have previous experience in creating social content across a mix of platforms .
• previous experience in creating marketing emails, POS and alternative marketing assets .
• previous experience using mailchimp is preffered but not essential.
The role will be based in our Burnley office but will, on occasions be required to travel (supported financially)
The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 4pm on Fridays with one hour taken for lunch.
