- Develop and oversee the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial integrity throughout the solar farm's lifecycle.
- Prepare and analyse detailed cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities for construction and installation phases.
- Conduct regular cost reporting and variance analysis to identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
- Support tendering and procurement processes, including evaluation of subcontractor bids and contract management.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring project delivery within agreed financial parameters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, costs, and timelines effectively.

**What You Will Bring:**
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Professional accreditation with RICS or an equivalent body is highly desirable.
- Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of solar farm construction processes and cost considerations unique to renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software and tools, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
