Proven experience in retail or a similar management role.
Full driving license is essential.
A strong passion for personal development and success.
Experience in stock management, including hands-on replenishment, stock counts, and booking in stock.
Supervisory skills and/or previous experience managing a small team.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain existing relationships and identify new sales and business development opportunities.
As Store Manager you will collaborate closely with the store team to oversee the team and operations to boost sales and deliver excellent service. A typical day in this role includes:

Drive business development to increase sales and maximise profitability.
Take full operational accountability for stock management, cash handling, and overall business performance to achieve targets.
Lead and manage a team of six staff, inspiring and developing them to deliver outstanding results.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.

Job Title: Store Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Chelmsford
Full Time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Saturday (10:00am - 3:00pm, these will be rotational)
37 ½ hours per week
