Head of Compliance in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

We're working on this new role within a growing business, we're after a head of compliance to ensure the company is following all the correct regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Exciting and challenging position with this being a brand new role and a chance to grow a team around you.

You'll be working within a fast paced and rewarding environment. You'll be joining this company at a really exciting time with them in process of setting up a brand new senior leadership team and are looking for you to be part of this.

This is a role where you'll be working on a global scale, with you looking over their site in the UK and the US. The role will include travel to the US, around 8 weeks of the year.

You'll be tasked with overseeing changing regulations, legislation, ensuring risk and opportunities are being proactively understood and appropriate strategies created.

You'll be working with some world famous brands which are in a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Automotive. Motorsport, MOD and Marine industries. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre. This position will be reporting directly into the managing director.

Any background would be considered for this role, this business work within manufacturing but that experience isn't required here. We need someone with a sound knowledge of GDPR/Data protection with strong project management skills. A background of working with high value budgets and knowledge of IT infrastructures would be highly beneficial.

The role comes with flexible working hours and the company is happy to offer hybrid working as well.
