Site Manager in St Albans - CV-Library

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning F/M Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various parts of the site.

The role is set to be contract to start but the length of work on site will likely run 12+ months, so there will be scope to become a permanent employee if desirable.

We are looking for someone with M&E and commercial site management experience

The type of works will vary but its mainly small works or refurb works across the site as well as upgrades to existing buildings. The works will occasionally be across clean rooms and safe environments so some experience of working on these settings would be desirable but not essential.

Monday to Friday
£250-£275 per day - CIS.

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* Health and safety qualification’s

* Experience manager M&E projects

* Ideally a qualification or time spent knowledge of a trade.

* Commercial construction site experience

* Project management experience
