Cogent Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our Halifax based client for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness.

Shift, salary & benefits:

* Working Monday to Friday, office hours

* £35,000 - £40,000

* Permanent role

The role:

* Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.

* Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with staff

* Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition.

* Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels.

* Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.

* Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.

* Enhance lead generation across all areas.

The candidate:

* Have proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, or distinct divisions and have the ability to juggle services across the same set of customers.

* Digital marketing experience

* Have lead generation experience

* Have campaign marketing experience

* Be a self-starter who is robust and resilient

* Have a can-do approach

* At least 4 years’ work experience within a Marketing Manager role

* Formal marketing qualification

Please note it is essential you drive and have your own transport for this role, not only to commute to the office location but to travel, as needed, to other sites and branches.
