About the Role:
Hill McGlynn is excited to partner with a reputable small regional residential developer to recruit a dedicated and hands-on Site Manager. This role is perfect for a site manager with experience managing sites ranging from 2 to 12 units or an experienced foreman ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage residential development sites from 2 to 12 units.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
*
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
*
Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
*
Provide hands-on support and leadership on-site.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in managing residential development sites or as a foreman.
*
Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
*
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
*
A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
