Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the sales operations, connecting with customers, supporting the sales team, and collaborating with internal departments. You’ll handle critical administrative tasks, process orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure data precision across our systems. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director so he will rely on you and how well you exceed in your role supporting him and his sales teams.
You will be able to deliver truly great customer service – they have a lot of clients who give them a lot of repeat business – so you will get to know the clients and become a key support to these key accounts.
You will be able to turn on a sixpence when the works demands it – able to react in a proactive manner and all with a happy disposition.
You will find no two days or even two hours are the same.
What is most important to the team is your personality and approach to team working.
You must like a sales environment and have good sales admin experience.

So where do you start with supporting this talented team?
You will be processing a high volume of orders – these could be on email or by phone call.
As the main point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, updates and fulfilment – you will pride yourself of the accuracy of your information
Support the Sales Team by preparing accurate quotes, reports and other essential information so the sales run smoothly
Analysing market data to support the sales drive
Ensure customer accounts and orders are accurate and up to date
Working closely with the Finance and Logistics teams to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
Identify and resolve discrepancies on orders and work with the right team to ensure all right
Investigating missing stock
Forging good working relationships with other departments
Be aware that your proactive problem solving and clear precise communication is a main contributor to the success of your team.
