Sales Representative in Colchester - CV-Library

Looking for an exciting, target-driven role where you'll be part of a dynamic team? As a Sales Representative, you'll provide top-notch customer service, generate new business, and help clients make informed insurance decisions. Whether it's face-to-face, over the phone, or via email, you'll be smashing sales and retention goals while mentoring trainees.

Based out of one of these following sites - Birmingham, Brentwood, Colchester or Peterborough

What You'll Be Doing:

Quoting for New Business and sealing the deal
Managing client relationships like a pro - in-person, by phone, or email
Calculating premiums (mathletes, this is for you!)
Ensuring clients know their options with clear and simple explanations
Validating important docs like ID, claims history, and driving licenses
Using CRM tools to track leads and smash targets
Attending client meetings and identifying upselling opportunities

What We're Looking For:

A fantastic communicator who can demystify insurance jargon
UK insurance market knowledge (trends, risks, and all that good stuff)
Organisational wizard who knows how to prioritize
A positive, enthusiastic team player with experience in broking or underwriting
