We are seeking a dedicated PSHE Tutor in Wetherby to join the education team at a secure facility in Wetherby. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, learner-focused education, creating a positive learning environment where individuals can develop the skills and confidence needed to transform their lives.
About the Role
As a PSHE Teacher, you will:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with curriculum standards and learner needs.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage personal and academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners achieve their goals and meet contractual and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the education provision through innovation and flexibility.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4 (or Level 5 under new standards) or a commitment to achieving this within a specified timeframe.
At least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
A proven track record of effective teaching in your subject area.
A passion for education, a commitment to improving lives, and the ability to inspire and engage learners.
