Sales Development PA to MD - High-end B2B - Exciting MarTech Company - Nr Windsor / Hybrid - £30k-£40k
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a proactive, business savvy and highly personable individual, ideally with experience in a sales support / inside sales, hospitality or event co-ordination focused role, to join an exciting MarTech company based in offices near Windsor as their Sales Development PA to MD.
Supporting the MD of a well-established and successful company, you will proactively follow-up inbound leads, build positive relationships with prospective clients, maintain an accurate CRM system, produce presentations, co-ordinate travel and meetings, arrange product demonstrations and organise and attend events and exhibitions (nationally and internationally).

Key responsibilities as the Sales Development PA to MD will include:
* Providing PA support to the MD in a commercial capacity
* Actively following-up warm, inbound sales leads (no cold calling)
* Liaising with prospect clients and providing business information
* Accurately updating and maintaining CRM system
* Producing client presentations
* Arranging client meetings and product demonstrations
* Organising and attending events and exhibitions (national and international)

What we’re looking for:
* Experience in client-facing / client servicing support / PA roles (sales, hospitality, events etc) ideally within a similar environment (MarTech, marketing or advertising)
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels in a proactive and personable manner
* Upbeat, positive and brilliantly organised
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT literate including strong Apple Mac capabilities
* Experienced in maintaining databases / CRM
* Highly ambitious, driven and focused
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Ability to work in the office 4 days/week with a young, similarly minded team
