We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, driven Business Development Manager to help our client achieve their ambitious growth targets. Located at their state-of-the-art facilities and specialising in advanced testing of polymers, composites, metals, engineering materials and water fittings.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

* Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing our services.

* Utilise software tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.

* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
