Overseeing the management and strategic development of the property and estates portfolio
Leading the Property department and ensuring effective communication across the organisation
Implementing policies and procedures related to property and estates management
Ensuring all properties meet regulatory standards and requirements
Collaborating with external stakeholders and partners
Managing property-related budgets and financial plans
Leading property acquisition and disposal processes when required
Providing expert advice and guidance on property and estates matters to the Board
Implementing new Asset Strategy ProgrammeProfile

A successful Interim Director of Property, Housing & Estate's should have:

A degree in Property Management, Business Administration or a related field
Extensive experience in property and estates management, particularly in the Not For Profit sector
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team
Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A strategic mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureJob Offer
