£27,700 + Shift Premium + Weekly Attendance Bonus of £18.75

We are looking for 2 x experienced warehouse team leaders who can commit to a full-time, temp 2 perm role at a busy warehouse in Rugby.

This is a rotating shift working 1 week of AM and 1 week of PM (you must be able to rotate).

You will be supervising a small team covering pick, pack, or product assembly and working with quality targets.

Whilst it's a team leader's role, you will still need to perform some of the duties yourself, which could involve using scanners, picking with a voice picking headset, and some computer system work using an AS400-based system.

The perfect candidate will be an experienced warehouse team leader who is happy to get involved in the daily operation, is fully computer literate, including ideally using an AS400-based system, and be flexible enough to work the shift pattern without issue.

This role offers you:

£27,700 + shift allowance + attendance bonus.
