Sales Administrator
Salary: £23,000- £26,000
Rochester
Monday- Friday 7:30am- 4pm. Early finish every Friday !!

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-known organisation based in Rochester. You'll be based in a modern open plan office, working with a close knit team where training will be provided. Do you have a strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and can efficiently input various data? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
Updating customers on their orders; over the phone, email and online portal
Cross checking customer orders, making sure they are correct
Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately
Acknowledging customer orders in a timely manner
Assisting customers with order related queries
Managing customer complaints and requesting credit notes where needed
Responsible for administrative tasks
Ad-hoc duties around the office
